Terms & Conditions

The rules of the road for using AdsDial. By signing up or running campaigns, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing AdsDial (including adsdial.com, the platform dashboard, and related services), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 and authorized to bind your company to contracts. AdsDial is a B2B platform; individual consumers are not the intended user.

3. Account responsibility

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support.in@adsdial.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use AdsDial to run ads that:

  • Promote illegal activities, weapons, or regulated goods outside licensed jurisdictions.
  • Contain malware, phishing, fake-download buttons, or cloaked landing pages.
  • Target minors for adult content, gambling, or financial products.
  • Infringe intellectual property or impersonate real people or brands.
  • Generate invalid traffic via bots, incentivized clicks, or click farms.

We reserve the right to pause campaigns, terminate accounts, and withhold payouts for violations.

5. Billing

Advertisers pre-fund their account. Spend draws down from the balance in real time. Minimum deposit: $100. Unused balances are refundable per the refund policy.

6. Traffic quality

We run pre-bid and post-bid fraud filters. Impressions flagged as invalid are not billed. In rare cases where invalid traffic slips through, we refund automatically — no ticket needed.

7. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your creatives and ad content. We retain ownership of the AdsDial platform, Smart Bidding algorithms, and all related IP. Using the service does not grant you any rights to our IP.

8. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime and publish status at status.adsdial.com. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance. We're not liable for losses caused by unforeseen outages.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AdsDial's total liability in any dispute is capped at the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party can terminate for any reason with 14 days' notice. We can terminate immediately for acceptable-use violations. On termination, unused balances are refunded per the refund policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delhi.
