AdsDial is primarily a software platform — but occasionally we ship swag, event collateral, or printed reports. Here's how that works.
Merchandise and branded collateral (t-shirts, stickers, printed case studies), hardware accessories for partner programs, and event materials requested by customers.
Orders ship via standard courier services from our Delhi warehouse. Typical delivery time: 3–5 business days after dispatch. Dispatch happens within 2 business days of the order being confirmed.
We ship internationally via trackable courier services. Delivery times: 7–14 business days depending on destination. Customs duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level. Free shipping is available on certain partner-program items — these are marked on the order page.
A tracking link is emailed once the order ships. You can also see live status in your AdsDial dashboard under Settings → Orders.
If a package is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, email support.in@adsdial.com with the order number and we'll replace or refund, whichever you prefer.
We can update the shipping address up to the moment the order is picked up by the courier. After that, delivery routes are fixed by the carrier.
