Privacy Policy

What data we collect, why we collect it, and what we do — and don't do — with it. Plain English.

1. Scope

This policy covers adsdial.com, adsdemo.adsdialcloud.com, the AdsDial advertising platform dashboard, and all related services operated by AdsDial.

2. What we collect

When you create an account or use our platform, we process:

  • Account details — name, work email, company, phone.
  • Billing details — last 4 digits of your card, billing address, tax ID. Card numbers are stored by our PCI-compliant payment provider, not by us.
  • Campaign data — creatives, targeting, bids, spend, conversions.
  • Technical data — IP address, device, browser, pages visited, logged for security and fraud prevention.

3. How we use your data

  • To operate and improve the AdsDial platform.
  • To deliver ads, measure performance, and compute billing.
  • To prevent fraud, abuse, and invalid traffic.
  • To communicate — product updates, billing notices, and (if you opt in) newsletters.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Cookies & tracking

We use essential cookies for login sessions and platform functionality. We use analytics cookies (Google Analytics) only with your consent. You can opt out via your browser's Do Not Track setting or via our cookie banner.

5. Who we share with

We share data with a small set of vendors that help us run the business — payment processors, cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics. Each is contractually bound to protect your data. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

6. Data retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion, except where a longer period is required by law (typically 7 years for financial records).

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@adsdial.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

8. Security

We encrypt data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, run quarterly penetration tests, and restrict internal data access to the smallest viable set of employees.

9. Children

AdsDial is a B2B platform. It is not directed at, and should not be used by, anyone under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We post material changes at the top of this page and email active customers. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
