Cancellation & Refunds

Deposits are prepaid and drawn down as you spend. Here's how cancellations and refunds work.

1. How billing works

AdsDial is prepaid. You add funds to your account, and campaign spend draws down from the balance in real time. There are no recurring subscription charges.

2. Pausing a campaign

You can pause or stop any campaign instantly from the dashboard. Unspent budget returns to your account balance and remains available for future campaigns.

3. Requesting a refund

You can request a refund of any unused balance at any time. Email billing@adsdial.com from the account owner's email with:

  • Your account ID.
  • The amount you want refunded.
  • Your original payment method (we refund to the same source where possible).

Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Bank turnaround typically adds another 3–7 days.

4. What's not refundable

  • Funds already spent on delivered impressions.
  • Funds committed to campaigns currently in-flight (pause first to release them).
  • Charges for invalid-traffic refunds we've already processed on your behalf.

5. Chargebacks

Please reach out to us before filing a chargeback. 99% of billing questions are resolved in a single email. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery fees.

6. Account closure

Closing your account triggers an automatic refund of the unused balance (minus any pending fraud adjustments) to your original payment method.
