About the role

Hours: Flexible6 days per week. Rotational off.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor + Motion Graphics Designer to produce engaging video content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for storytelling, visual aesthetics, and motion design, with the ability to transform raw footage into compelling marketing and promotional videos.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and create videos for advertisements.
Design high-quality motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, and visual effects.
Create engaging reels, short-form videos, and digital marketing content.
Collaborate with scriptwriters, designers, and the marketing team to deliver impactful videos.
Enhance videos with music, sound effects, color correction, and basic audio editing.
Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Understanding of motion graphics, typography, animation, and visual storytelling.
Experience in color grading, transitions, and sound synchronization.
Familiarity with social media content formats and current video trends.
Creativity, attention to detail, and good time management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
1–3 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics.
Freshers with an exceptional portfolio may also apply.

What we're looking for

Skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
Strong Hindi and at least basic level of English
Basic knowledge about AI is a plus
